Templates: Our resume templates are provided for your personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense our templates to third parties.

7. Account Termination

AI-Generated Content: Some features use AI to assist with content creation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BytesWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Errors or inaccuracies in the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
